Is this the Messenger Flutter app? https://codecanyon.net/item/sngine-messaging-apps-for-android-ios/58129223 I don't think it'll be Cloudflare. It's possible a misconfiguration or API key of some sort. I don't really use the messaging app, so I don't have a great amount of experience with it.

There is a possibility that it is just a URL that you need to go to to access it. Some of these plugins will not actually integrate with the admin, so you don't have to change any code.
