What's the configuration and setup you have it installed on? Was this a fresh install, or did you update from a previous version?

I got the newest version from this site and i have everything. A few things were missing from the DL I had. Also I needed a clean install.. but the good news was that I was the only user as I didn’t officially opened the site yet.
