Error sending gifts to some users

I'm sending gifts. Some users are receiving them, but others are getting this error. I can't figure out what's causing this. Please help me figure it out.

that error sounds like a directory permissions issue and from the error it looks like some of the files do not have read permissions

Are certain GIFs not sent to other users, or are the other users getting the error?

For example, if you send all the gifts to one user, will you still get the error?

Yes, that's absolutely true. While I can send any gifts to others without any problems.

From the error that you posted there, it sounds like the language file, the translation file, is the problem. I'll have a look at it later on tonight for you.

The old language folder. It doesn't exist. So, old users can't receive gifts because of this. Actually, it's not that big of a problem. New users receive gifts just fine.

There is a folder indicated there ua_ua, but now it is really different - uk_ua
