Translation issues. Some phrases are not translated.

I apologize if I am not writing completely clearly, as I do not speak English well and mostly write with the help of a translator.
I can't figure out the problem. I'm translating using Poedit. All phrases translate fine, but for some, I translate them, upload the translation file to the website folder, and nothing changes on the website. Here's an example: the message's send time. The file is translated, but the website doesn't. How can this happen? How can I fix it?

it’s possible that the dev has hard coded the word and forgot to put the call back in the php file i will have a look at the file and let you know

When I change my website to the Russian language, it translates it
What language are you using so I can test it with the same settings you have

This is where the hard-coded English word is located in the files. You haven't changed them or edited it have you

Ukrainian. If you use Russian, it works fine, but with Ukrainian there's a problem.

Ukrainian is not a Default language. Can you send me your language files so I can test them on my site and see if I can fix them for you
