Do you need any additional settings for audio and video calls?

I call the user, the call goes through, but when I pick up the phone, there's silence on both ends.
Do I need to configure it somehow?

I have not tested LiveKit for audio calls within chat, unfortunately I do not have it setup at the moment on my website, so I'll have to set it up and get

I'm trying it through Agora. It's not working yet.
