How to set up withdrawals from your wallet balance to any method?

I can't figure out how to set up a withdrawal from my wallet balance to any method, for example, a bank card. Please help. I need to withdraw the amount so that the withdrawal request appears, and then make it.

Sngine has no automated withdrawal system, the user will just select what they want to withdraw from their wallet balance. The request will go through to the admin panel. And all you can do is mark it as approved or declined, but you have to manually send the payment through some form of payment system.
