That has nothing to do with setting up a SMTP email server on sngine. Your last message says

Swant to ask, how do I set up SMTP email?

That error message is telling you that the database you are trying to install sngine to already has part of a sngine database installed in it

table ads_campaigns alredy exists

1. If this is a first time install log in to the database and make sure it has no database installed on it

2. Where is your website hosted?
3 what control panel is it hosted with

I can not answer that without seeing your server error logs
look at your servers error logs and see what information is in there
